You can search for the pools through the Search Pool link by providing the following information:
You can propose for a pool by clicking the 'Propose Pool' link in the Home Page. The Proposed pool will be launched when other passengers express interests for your pool. You can share the pool in Facebook and invite others to express their interest.
You can search for pools without creating an account in the application. However, you must register in the application to subscribe to the pools.
You can create an account in the application through the Signup link in the following ways:
The system requires the Civil Id and Phone number to complete the registration.
You can register and login using your Facebook or Instagram credentials.
If you are registered using the custom application registration, then you can provide the Civil id, Phone number or email address as username.
If you are registered using the Social Media, then use your Social Media credentials to login.
You can reset the password through the page My Profile -> Change Password.
You can change your email address through the page My Profile -> Email Address.
You can change your phone number through the page My Profile page -> Phone Number.
The password can be recovered using the registered email address or registered phone number through the Forgot Password link.
The email link can be resent by clicking the 'Resend Verification Link' in My Profile -> Email Address.
The current journey types available are One Way (From Location – To Location) and Round (From Location – To Location – From Location).
If there are no seats available in the pool, then you can express interest in the pool. The system shall notify when the vacant seat is available for the pool.
If the search pool results satisfy your requirements, then in order to notify the operator that you are interested in that pool, you would need to click the 'Express Interest' button.
You can also express your interest for pools with no seat availability. You will be notified when any vacant seat is available in the pool.
Your registration is complete only after you verify the your mobile number. The system sends the notifications to the registered mobile number. You can recover your lost password through the registered mobile number.
Verifying your email address will enable you to receive the notifications through email. You can recover your lost password through the registered email address.
When a pool is searched, the list of the pools are displayed under 2 tabs .
Active – The pools which are created by the operator and can be subscribed to are displayed under this tab.
Proposed – The pools which are proposed by the passengers are displayed under this tab. You can express your interest in the proposed pools. When sufficient interest in generated in a pool then the operator will make the pool active.
Your proposal will be considered by the operator and will be launched when other passengers express their interest in the pool. The pool will be launched when there are minimum viable number of interests. You can also share the pool in your social media page and invite others to express their interest.

You will receive a notification on your phone and/or email address informing you to pay for the service. Payments are in advance and proof of payment is necessary to use the service.

Yes, you can block your seat till the subscription start date. However, you should pay in advance to use the service.
You can view your payment history through My Payments screen, after you log in.
You can view your subscriptions through the My Pools screen, after you log in.
You can renew your current subscription for the next subscription period through My Pools screen. The renew option is currently available only for the Monthly subscribers.
The refund will not be provided when you drop from the current subscription. Please refer to the 'Terms and Conditions' section for further details on the refund policy.
